When you use AI now, you pick a model and an effort level, and they can feel like the same choice. They’re not. The model is about how hard the problem is. A basic deck, spreadsheet, or email works fine on a lighter model, while a hard problem you want to think through and argue about needs a stronger one. Effort is how hard that model thinks, like giving the car more gas instead of switching cars.
