Meta is creating a new class of stock for AI, and other hyperscalers are next | Sozzi Unleashed
Brian Sozzi is back, and he likes Meta's surprise share class more than most people do. Chief Financial Officer Susan Li told investors Meta will create a publicly traded non-voting stock, handed to shareholders as a dividend, against an AI buildout guided at $130 billion to $145 billion this year. Sozzi gives three reasons it is the right call and one reason it should worry you later. He also counts how often companies said "superintelligence" instead of AI this week, walks through Bernstein cutting CoreWeave to $51, and talks to Procter & Gamble Chief Financial Officer Andre Schulten.
