Can Claude build a cross-platform AI app?

Needed to figure out what to do with my old phone. So I built Bluey, powered by GPT Realtime 2... I think.... idk how it works... Opus 5.5 Built the entire thing Bluey is an iOS app + mac app that is made to be a computer companion.
