Claude Duet: Anthropic's Proactive Agent

Anthropic just announced Claude Duet, a new app where Claude works as a proactive agent. It comes to you first instead of waiting for a prompt. Duet runs on Claude Opus 5.5 on its own computer in the cloud, so it keeps working after you close the app. Each morning it sends you a short brief from your connected apps, and during the day it messages you only when something needs your attention.
