Robert Hundt, VP Distinguished Engineer at Amazon, will deliver the keynote “Trainium’s Journey to Native PyTorch” at PyTorch Conference North America 2026. PyTorch now runs natively on AWS Trainium with no code changes required. The keynote will cover how AWS enabled eager mode and torch.compile, integrated with TorchTitan, TorchAO, and Hugging Face Transformers v5, and made tools including Neuron Explorer work natively with PyTorch.
